Eric’s favorite lunch!

Strawberry/Banana Smoothie - Trader Joe's (TJ) 16 oz whey protein powder (use 1 scoop, 70 calories verses the recommended 2), TJ very green diet supplement, flaxseed oil, rice milk, and fruit (I use a handful of frozen strawberries so I don't have to add ice and a banana). Consider your smoothie a meal and switch fruit as you like. :e)
