Our mission is to be a comprehensive fitness studio that delivers a personal touch while offering a unique and fun range of dance, core strength, and toning classes that can help you optimize your physical health in a friendly and nurturing environment.
We aim to address all your fitness goals with an all-in-one studio that is affordable. Classes include Acro Yoga, Barre, Boot Camp, Core, Hip Hop, Hoopnotica, Lean and Tone, Oula, Oula Basic, Oula Power, Mat Pilates, and Zumba.
Eric Wilson, who has a master’s in Exercise Physiology, has been providing dance instruction and personal training for more than 30 years. He started the studio and built it on the foundation of the Comprehensive Lifestyle Plan (CLP), a fitness philosophy that includes the whole person and involves exercise, nutrition, stress management, body awareness, and balance.
Each Compfit monthly membership comes with an optional initial fitness evaluation and regular re-evaluations to keep you accountable with your fitness goals.
