Eric designs each clients program based on their particular goals and needs. He uses a wide range of fitness tools like free weights, machines, body weight, balls & bands, boards and many other modalities to help each client move into their highest potential.

Eric recommends starting with a fitness evaluation to evaluate the five components of fitness; muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition to track your progress over time.

He has over 2 decades of experience in the following areas;
