One-on-One Personal Training:
Your one on one session will be designed to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals. Whether it may be weight loss, core strengthening, muscle building, increasing flexibility, aerobic conditioning, nutrition counseling, stress reduction or toning, each session is designed to yield the final result of goal attainment.

Studio: 1-hour session $60
  10 1-hour sessions $500
  1/2-hour session $40
  10 1/2-hour sessions $350
Home Visits: 1-hour session $75


Group Training:
This style of training differs from One on One training in that the trainer works with a group of 2-4 clients who share the hour training time. Group training is just as challenging as one on one and is a great way to exercise with friends.

Studio: 1-hour session $45
Home Visits: 1-hour session $50


Fitness Evaluation:
A fitness evaluation can be a vital tool when beginning an exercise program. The main purpose for the evaluation is to determine your current level of fitness based on the 5 Components of Fitness:
  • body composition (% body fat)
  • cardiovascular fitness (Vo2 max)
  • flexibility
  • muscular strength
  • muscular endurance
This evaluation is used to design your weight training and cardiovascular exercise programs, which are individualized to meet your fitness goals. If you want to track your fitness gains it is suggest you begin with a fitness evaluation.

Studio: 1-hour session $60
Home Visits: 1-hour session $75


Cardio Club

What is the Cardio Club?

The Cardio Club is made up of Eric's clients, friends, and other interested parties coming together to engage in different types of fitness activities. These activities include; hiking, biking, skating, kayaking, and many other forms of movement. Most of the activities are free, however some do require an equipment fee.

Who can be a member?

A member is defined as anyone who exhibits the following tendencies; occasionally lacking motivation to consistently engage in regular physical activity, a desire to burn calories, or just wanting to get out and meet new people while you move.

Where does the Cardio Club meet?

We meet in the many outdoor areas in Washington that provide us with the space and resources necessary for movement. See the Calendar for future Cardio Club gatherings or call the number above.
