Lead by FHC’s top trainers, this 5-week Boot Camp is designed for all levels and will focus on agility, core strengthening, balance, plyometrics, calisthenics, aerobic endurance, awareness and flexibility.
Our journey will include Urban Fremont and the surrounding area and will change each week. We meet at the Fremont Health Club and begin our 1 hour workout from there.
Included in price each Boot Camp member will receive
a pre and post fitness evaluation to track their progress.
