Scott inspired the client highlight section with his amazing transformation of health. Scott lost a third of his body weight and over 20 inches while drastically increasing his strength and daily energy level.
A member of the 60 year club, Scott has set new goals to become even stronger, increase his core strength and flexibility, and maintain his positive attitude.
Based on Scott’s goals we trained together 2 to 3 times per week for 12 months. Scott cross trained 3-5 days per week on his own via outdoor walking, the elliptical machine, and the treadmill. Scott also followed a in-home core routine which he practiced when traveling.
Following the components of CLP plan Scott changed his eating pattern taking in more live whole foods, uses exercise as a stress management tool, and makes stretching a daily activity.
Ron E. began his journey early in 2011 focusing on his diet and cardio. Working with a nutritionist he structured a diet taking in primarily vegetables and fruit. Soon after we began working together to develop the most efficient workout program that would focus on leaning and opening the body from its core.
